2. Téléchargement et installation

VictronConnect est disponible pour les utilisateurs de PC Windows, de macOS, d’iOS, d’Android et de Linux (AppImage). Utilisez ce lien pour télécharger l’application adaptée à votre plateforme.

Reportez-vous au chapitre 4 pour plus de détails sur les téléphones, tablettes et ordinateurs portables compatibles, ainsi que sur les versions du système d’exploitation minimales requises.

[en] After you have installed VictronConnect, you can set up your preferences for the application.

[en] The settings described here only affect the VictronConnect application. These are not product settings.

[en] Tap the "hamburger" menu icon at the top left of the page.

[en] Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

[en] Service report: Allows you to create a service report and send it out in case of problems or errors.
[en] See this section on how to create a service report.
[en] VRM Account: Log in with your VRM account in order to use VictronConnect Remote (VC-R). See here for more details.
[en] Language: Select your preferred language.
[en] Display temperature unit: This changes the temperature unit shown by a connected device.
[en] Theme mode: Choose a light or dark theme. Auto will match the operating system's default theme.
Note
[en] The following option is only available on mobile devices, it is not available on iOS and Windows devices.
[en] Keep screen on: When enabled, the mobile device screen will remain on when VictronConnect is open on the foreground.
Avertissement
[en] The mobile device will not lock! Ensure your mobile device is not left unattended when VictronConnect is open in the foreground!

[en] For Windows devices, there is an option to enable automatic updates for the VictronConnect application.
Note
[en] This option automatically downloads and installs updates for the VictronConnect application only. It does not update connected products.
