VE Power Setup is a tool to update firmwares locally and remotely, or to remotely perform VE Configure, in conjunction with VEConfig.

VE Power Setup runs on Windows XP, but you may have to perform a few manual steps.

• Because the Global Sign certificate in Windows XP has expired, you will get SSL related errors. Because Windows XP is no longer officially supported by Microsoft, they don't provide their quick fix anymore. You can, however, install it manually, as per the instructions on the Global Sign website.
• If you get a crash right at start up, you need to install the Microsoft Visual C 2008 redistributable.
