While LOM is suitable to stop feeding in energy to the grid in case of an power outage, it is not fast enough to have no life parts on a plug if you pull him out of a socket. **So feeding power back to the grid through a normal power cord and plug is not possible and it's not allowed to setup ESS!** +
-The manual says not to invert neutral and line connection and to use a RCD type B on the connection to the grid and not a type A (which is the most common type). If you are using a symmetrical plug like CEE7/4 (Schuko) neutral and line is not defined and a normal socket is protected with an RCD type A (and not type B). Obviously you can't comply with these two requirements as described above if you have no fixed or special connection. As long as you don't setup ESS on your Multigrid that's not a problem because these two requirements are just necessary in case of an ESS setup and you can use the Multigrid like a Multiplus+
