Everybody who is anybody in motorsport will walk past the demonstration unit and be able to follow the numbers as it charges vehicles such as the BMW XM PHEV \u2013 using free energy from the sun.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The installation consists of 2 x <a href=\"https:\/\/www.victronenergy.com\/inverters-chargers\/quattro\" target=\"_blank\">Quattro<\/a> 48\/10000\/140 Inverter\/Chargers configured for split-phase operation. The solar roof of the trailer is a work area every time the awning needs to be deployed. Walk-on MerlinSolar flexible panels, supplied and fitted by RRL Motorsports&#8217;\u00a0<em>Rob Lebel,<\/em>\u00a0allow the entire roof area to be used for solar harvest. Eight GTP cars\u00a0completed the gruelling race right to the finish line almost 800 laps later!
