The essential function of a battery monitor is to calculate ampere-hours consumed and the state of charge of a battery. Ampere-hours consumed are calculated by integrating the current flowing in or out of the battery.
The BMV-602S has a second voltage measurement input. This input can for example be used to measure the voltage of a starter battery. |

BMV-602 Data Link RS232 with softwareThe Data-Link kit consists out of a communications cable (galvanically isolated), a converter and the Data-Link software. With this kit you can connect: • Your BMV-602 Battery Monitor to your Global Remote. This connection allows the Global Remote to log data from the BMV-602 Battery Monitor to a website through a GPRS connection. The usage of this website is free of charge. • Your BMV-602 Battery Monitor to a computer. The free software which is supplied with the Data-Link kit enables you to download and process just about any aspect of your battery and system performance, including charge/discharge curves. |

Two AC inputs with integrated transfer switch. The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC sources, for example shore-side power and a generator, or two generators. The Quattro will automatically connect to the active source.
Two AC outputs
All Quattro- and several Multi inverter/chargers now have two AC outputs. In addition to the standard no-break output, an auxiliary output is available which disconnects the connected load during battery operation. It is, for example, the perfect solution for preventing an electric water heater from discharging your battery.
